In addition to metal chassis, the Galaxy Alpha comes with a Super AMOLED 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 820 pixels. The smartphone is powered by an Exynos 5430 processor, which is nothing but a chip with 8 cores, and also comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Unfortunately Samsung decided to abandon its micro-SD slot, but it will not be a big problem because of the 32GB of internal storage.

On the front of the smartphone include a 2.1 megapixel front camera, while the back cover is embedded camera of 12 megapixels. Finally, the smartphone comes with Android 4.4 KitKat.
In addition, iFixit noted that the Alpha Galaxy is 0.2 millimeters thinner than the iPhone 6 . Despite designing a motherboard layers and a rubber seal around the headphone jack, the Alpha is not resistant to water - iFixit speculates that Samsung had a technical problem and decided not to pursue the IP67 certification. Too bad.

The guys at iFixit gave it a rating of 5 out of 10 on their scale of repairability . For those who are not used by service performed by iFixit, know that their scale, 10 means that the smartphone is very easy to repair and 1 means it is very difficult to repair.
With a score of 5 out of 10 The Alpha Galaxy is more or less easy to disassemble. If the battery is easy to remove, the entire screen is quite difficult to remove.

If you want to replace all the parts of the smartphone, including the battery, the screen must be removed, which makes the device quite difficult to repair.
