Asus has unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas features on its range of smartphones ZenFone with a new model that has optical zoom, and another model that will be affordable model with high-end features.

Meet the Asus ZenFone Zoom ZenFone 2.
The ZenFone 2 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 64 bit processor "Moorefield" Intel Atom Z3560 or Z3580, and up to 4GB of RAM. It offers support for 4G LTE connectivity, and a 13 megapixel camera with zero shutter delay and a front camera of 5 megapixels.
The ZenFone 2 supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, an NFC chip, a GPS chip, and has a micro-SD card slot, offering up to 64 GB of removable storage.
The smartphone has a 3000 mAh battery, and offers support for fast charging, which allows you to charge the smartphone to 60% in less than 40 minutes.
Asus will ship the ZenFone 2 with Android 5.0 and Lollipop latest version of its ZenUI user interface. The overlay should be more responsive, but this remains to be verified. It offers support to ZenMotion, and One Hand mode. It also has a feature "stealth account" to manage your privacy.
Asus said that prices will begin to 199 dollars for a ZenFone 2 with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage . The company will also offer models with up to 64GB of storage and up to 4GB of RAM.
The question is when it will be available in France.

Asus describes as ZenFone Zoom thinnest smartphone to feature a 3X optical zoom . It has a rear camera of 13 megapixels with a bright f / 2.0 and an optical image stabilization (so that your pictures or videos are not too fuzzy if your hand shakes) and the support of the optical zoom to take pictures of distant objects without loss of image quality.
The camera also features an autofocus laser (like the LG G3) and a manual mode that allows you to manually adjust the ISO settings and shutter speed, among others.
The ZenFone Zoom has a starting price of 399 dollars. It would be available in the second quarter of 2015.
