CES 2015: Asus unveils the 2-in-1 Transforming Book Chi

The star of the family is the T300. It has a 12.5-inch IPS display with a 1080p IPS panel or a 1440p resolution and is powered by Intel Core M. Also the largest in the range, this little miracle is nevertheless incredibly thin because it has a thickness of only 1.62 cm when attached to the keyboard dock. It also weighs 1.36 kilograms with the dock and drop to 680 grams without the keyboard. All models of the T300 range come with an SSD with a capacity of 128 GB.

Down one size, we find the T100, which features a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. The small screen also means a slimmer profile with a thickness of only 1.27 cm Once the keyboard attached. The weight falls to 1.04 kg with the keyboard, or 589 grams without. On the downside, the fact it is thinner means that there is only space inside for a quad-processor Intel Atom Z3775. A 32GB SSD is standard, and 64 GB optional.
Too big? So maybe you prefer to get their hands on the T90 Chi instead. This little PC has a 8.9-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Curiously, the size has the effect of slightly increasing the size of the device, but the weight goes to 748 grams with the keyboard, and 408 grams without. This model also features an Intel Atom Z3775 processor and comes with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage.
The three systems running Windows 8.1 32-bit version. The availability is not yet defined, but "soon" is mentioned. Regarding the price, the T300 will cost $ 799 for the 1440p model and $ 699 for the 1080p model. The T100 starts at $ 399 and the T90 will start at $ 299. All prices include the keyboard dock.
