This year, the CHINESE MANUFACTURER Xiaomi has done a great deal about him. Out of nowhere, this start-up has managed to reach the rank of the third world manufacturer (according to the classification of IDC), a few years after its creation.

And lately, Xiaomi has also received significant investment that pays its value to over $ 45 billion, placing it in front of major companies like Uber, Dropbox or Snapchat.

And despite the fact that at present, Xiaomi is officially present in a dozen countries, the company already explodes its meter. If you were to search the number (official) smartphones sold by the Chinese start-up, it's your lucky day.

Indeed, in a letter addressed to employees, CEO Lei Jun said that in 2014, Xiaomi has sold 61,120,000 of "Mi phones."

This represents an annual growth of 227% over sales of 2013 and if Xiaomi's international expansion continues at this pace, 2015 should be even more interesting for the company.

As we mentioned in a recent article, Xiaomi is already present in India and as indicated by its CEO, his company managed to sell to more than one million units in less than 5 months.
