Xperia Z4: Sony may be plotting two models

I really liked the Sony Xperia Z3, so I have high hopes for his successor, which should logically be called the Xperia Z4 . And the latest rumor is that there will be two models. Taiwanese sources suggest that we have both a FHD edition and a qHD (or 2K), when the new flagship smartphone will be presented later this year.

In other words, we would have a Xperia Z4 offering FHD resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels, which could be a cheap offer for less established markets and a high-end model, with a qHD display, a 2560 x 1440 pixels . The screen size itself does not change.

A lower resolution for Sony Xperia Z4 allow to reduce costs, and perhaps improve battery simultaneously. Whether you are able to choose one or the other of smartphones will likely depend on what area you are.

Various improvements on the Xperia Z4
The sources contacted by ePrice in Taiwan, also suggest that we will see a better seal on new smartphones and improved the front camera. A shiny metal frame will stretch the edges of the smartphone, mention sources.

If you missed the many rumors about the Xperia Z4 in the last month, then know that it should carry a Snapdragon processor 810, the quad 64-bit chip running at 2.8 GHz Qualcomm, 4 GB RAM an Adreno 430 graphics chip, 32 GB of internal storage and a new CMOS Exmor RS sensor.

We'll have to wait and see what materializes. But, when we could expect to see Sony Xperia Z4 at the Consumer Electronics Show this week, it seems that only a privileged few could lay eyes on it. Waiting for the MWC 2015 in Barcelona ...
