Google Play for Work
Android 5.0 already includes SELinux security module, and support for multiple user profiles. But there is also a new Android for Work application that allows users of smartphones running Android 4.0 or later to create professional profiles that are separated from their personal profiles .
This allows you to keep your work e-mail and personal, contacts, documents, and other distinct services and allows your IT manager to provide support to your business accounts, without affecting your personal profile.

There is also a Google Play for Work service that enables IT managers to approve applications before they are deployed to users. This simplifies the process for the IT department because it requires no physical contact between the employee and the manager.

Android at Work also includes a suite of professional applications, including versions of its own mail applications, calendars, contacts and can be used with Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes, in addition to Google Apps for Work.

Applications for Android at Work are identified with a badge on the icon of the application, so users know whether they are launching a personal application or application-related work.
