Last month marked the arrival of several mobile devices to be supported by the Technical Preview of Windows 10 . Unfortunately, few users were actually able to try it because of the small number of supported devices . The next version update for Windows 10 will add support for many other smartphones , said Gabe Aul Microsoft in an article this weekend.

Currently only the Lumia 630, 635, 636, 638, 730 and 830 are able to install Windows 10 Preview. Apparently, this limitation is due to the size of the required partition to install this version. Gabe writes that now a technique called "stitching partition" will take over much of smartphones - a total of 36 is suggested. The update still leaves many phones on the straw, especially HTC devices, Samsung, or any other third party manufacturer. Indeed, only the Lumia devices will be supported in the new version preview.
However, some high-profile smartphones such as Lumia 930 are not yet listed among the phones that will support the new build . Gabe mentions that if a device is not listed, it is probably due to a specific bug on the device, but it is possible that several smartphones can have a support in the coming weeks. Similarly, if a specific bug is found on a device, the device will be removed from the next version.
Although you can install Windows 10 Preview, it may not be necessary to jump headlong into the installation . If you use your Windows Phone every day, it will take your troubles patiently before disposing of the stable version of the mobile operating system from Microsoft. "This preview is still in development, and you will see some bugs' , has Gabe wrote. In other words, leave it out if the smartphone is the one you use every day.
If you have a supported device and you want to try this version Technical Preview, you'll need to sign up for the Windows Insider program and register your device to receive an update over-the-air . Once a new version will be pushed, you will be prompted to install it. Note that you can also go back to the previous version at any time.
