Lenovo K80: a 1080p screen and 4GB of RAM under $300

To go even further, it is not surprising to see the mobile manufacturers to fight to include 4GB of RAM in their smartphones. But for now, it is still a novelty and a feature reserved for high-end smartphones. Today, Lenovo also wants a bite of market share.

The new smartphone Lenovo K80 has a 5.5 inch screen, a battery of 4000 mAh, and 4GB of RAM. It is powered by an Intel Atom processor, and it should be available in China soon for under $ 300.
In other words, the new phone Lenovo's like the ASUS Zenfone 2, except that the model Lenovo has a bigger battery than 3000 mAh which is embedded with the ASUS smartphone. In addition, ASUS plans to sell the Zenfone 2 on many continents of the globe, while the Lenovo K80 is available only in China for now.

The Lenovo smartphone has a screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 13-megapixel rear camera, and 64GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 5.0, the latest version of the mobile operating system from Google.

The 4 GB of RAM may seem exaggerated, especially on a smartphone, but unlike the smartphones with a screen with a resolution Quad HD, this amount of RAM actually a practical advantage . Indeed, it is much better in multitasking. The memory management of Android can be uneven, but with 4 GB of RAM, it's much better compensated than if we had 2 GB, which is still the standard for modern smartphones.

The company will also offer a cheaper model with 2GB of RAM, and 32 GB of storage for about 240 dollars.
