iPhone 6S: Will we finally see a new generation of metal?

A Liquidmetal smartphone has almost become a legend, so often prevalent and yet so distant. But there is a sign that it could still be on the shelves of the Cupertino, and could even be the basis for the iPhone 6S.

Apple has had a rather close relationship with Liquidmetal Technologies for years, but the company has done very little with Liquidmetal technology. However, MacRumors spotted once again that the Cupertino company has renewed its exclusive rights to use Liquidmetal.

So far, Apple has actually used the Liquidmetal SIM eject the paper clip to the iPhone 3G. Although interesting, it seems strange that the company decided to extend its agreement if it does not have any plans for this technology. In other words, the Cupertino giant may finally have all the cards in hand to produce a smartphone using the achievements of Liquidmetal Technologies.

Avoid another bendgate
Since bendgate effect has plagued Apple last year, it seems logical that the firm wants to avoid this disaster again, and it will necessarily focus more on these works sustainability. The Liquidmetal might be the solution to this problematic as it is resistant . In fact, it is more than that: it is also lightweight, malleable and corrosion-resistant.

Already there are rumors saying that Apple uses a Series 7000 aluminum to strengthen the iPhone 6S, but given this news, it is possible that it may use the Liquidmetal instead. Even if we do not receive a Liquidmetal iPhone completely designed, there must be a reason that Apple has given his interest in the company.

Again, this renewal of the agreement is perhaps nothing to do with the iPhone, and perhaps the Cupertino simply use the material for future shows connected.
