BlackBerry should he remain faithful to the physical keyboard or on the contrary, do like everyone else in the era of touch? And whether combining these two technologies to create and develop another concept?
Sources Site BRG, the Canadian manufacturer is currently working on a new known code "Windermere" smartphone. The site had also been informed about the main features that could define this new BlackBerry.
This new smartphone would be bigger than the other terminals previously presented by the Canadian firm. Besides, it would be equipped with an unusual keyboard. Unlike most physical keyboards BlackBerry, it will be composed of three rows of keys and not 4. But the real surprise is the fact that these buttons are tactile.
So it is possible to press the keys that are physical. But as they are also tactile keyboard will also introduce new features such as landslides. This would, for example via a shift that is accessed to numbers and symbols. Besides this novelty, the keyboard works much the same way as Z10 and Z30 BlackBerry.
The fact that the screen is oversized also allow BlackBerry to introduce a new multitasking that allows the user to view two windows simultaneously, as some smartphones from Samsung.
But for now, it still would be a project that might not even see the day. In fact, again according to sources BRG, the output terminal of the prototyping phase would depend on the opinion of some BlackBerry partners.
