Nokia Finally Introduces Three Android Phone's(Nokia X,X+,XL)

We talked for a long time. Nokia has finally introduced three new Android smartphones at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

So the rumors were true, and we were those who thought based. But the reality exceeds even speculation: at MWC in Barcelona this morning, Nokia has not made one but three Android smartphones. In truth, the three terminals are in the same range, are similar in some specifications closely. It is the Nokia X, X + Nokia and Nokia XL.

As expected, the three Android smartphones Nokia does not use the same version as the one we are accustomed to seeing. Indeed, it is a "fork" of Android version (derived), that is to say, customized at will by Nokia to such an extent that would eventually almost like using ... Windows Phone!

And as you guessed, the Nokia X, X + and XL Outlook.com replace Gmail, Google Drive by OneDrive (with 7GB of free space), and Google Maps by Maps HERE. Added to this free Skype calls.

Specifications side, the three smartphones differ in some details and do not position themselves as "premium" mobile. They are only compatible with 3G and 2G networks.

Nokia X (Dual SIM)
Presented as a model of entry-level Nokia X is available now and will cost 89 euros. It sports a 4-inch IPS LCD (800 x 480px) display. Its processor is a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8225, clocked at 1GHz. RAM is 512 MB. The AFN is 3 megapixel without autofocus or flash. Side, autonomy, Nokia promises "up to 10 hours' 3G. We also note the presence of a MicroSD card slot.

Nokia X + (Dual SIM)
Nokia X + will be available at 2 nd quarter of 2014. It will be sold at 99 euros. Its specifications are almost identical to those of Nokia X. Except that the X + (for 10 euros more) offers a 768 MB RAM and a MicroSD card bonus.

Nokia XL (Dual SIM)
Nokia XL will also be launched in 2 nd quarter of 2014. It has somewhat higher than the other two products in this new family of specifications Nokia. The screen is larger, an IPS LCD 5-inch (800x480px). It has the same RAM and the same processor as the Nokia X + and the same connectivity (the X and X +). Nevertheless, it is equipped with a more powerful 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash. It is also the only terminal in the range to have a front webcam. Battery side, a range of up to 13 hours talk time and 26 days standby in 3G was announced. Price: one hundred euros.

Low cost of interest?
The first things that have challenged you may be the price. According to Nokia, the prices of these three terminals are lower than those phones Asha and Lumia range. A sales pitch that may cause headaches for Asian manufacturers used to sell Android devices in this price range. The Noika X, which is launched immediately, will be available everywhere (Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Europe).

You'll understand. The main interest for Nokia to launch an Android smartphone will be the availability of more applications and games for essential users. Nokia has announced the availability of the terminals apps like Facebook, LINE, PicsArt, Plants Vs. Zombies 2, Real Football 2014, Skype, Spotify, Swiftkey, Twitter, Viber, Vine, WeChat or BlackBerry Messenger.

In addition to this choice, Nokia also launched its Android store application. Yes, these low cost devices, Google Play is replaced by a new platform called "Nokia Store", where the manufacturer recommends that developers of Android apps to publish their products.
