New PS Vita: Sony announces launch date

Sony has officially announced the launch date in France of the new PlayStation Vita called "PS Vita 2000" (or "PS Vita Slim").

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) makes an appointment on June 13 for the launch of the new PS Vita called "PS Vita in 2000". Recall that the new iteration of the PS Vita was released in Japan October 13, 2013.
Sony noted that this new PS Vita is 20% thinner and 15% lighter than the original version, all for better ergonomics. The redesign also affects PS / START / SELECT buttons to see their round shape and become convex.

Other changes not least, the Japanese automaker has swapped the beautiful OLED touchscreen of the first iteration for a typical LCD touchscreen. It will be seen to judge its quality.

The changes do not stop there because the PS Vita in 2000 inherited a microUSB port for charging and data then save it as a proprietary port on the first version. The autonomy increases just an hour from 5 to 6 hours of play Finally, it benefits from 1GB of internal memory for storage .

Remains the question of the tariff on which Sony has not yet reported.
