OS X Yosemite

Apple has released a new video for OS X Yosemite shows some of the new features that will be launched in the next major version of their desktop operating system . This video straight from the offices of the Cupertino company gives us a brief overview of some of the changes that will land on your Mac OS X Yosemite, including the dock and icons.

The video also shows a few other new features, including AirDrop on the Finder, the center of notifications and messages.

OS X Yosemite arrives with a wide range of new features, and the good news is that it works on most Macs , and, like its predecessors, will be available for free download.

Here is a list of Mac OS X for which Yosemite is compatible:

Mac (Mid 2007 or later)
MacBook (13-inch Aluminum, Late 2008), (13-inch, Early 2009 or later)
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009 or later) (15-inch mid / late 2007 or later) (17-inch, Late 2007 or later)
MacBook Air (late 2008 or later)
Mac Mini (Early 2009 or later)
Mac Pro (Early 2008 or later)
Xserve (Early 2009)
While you can find more information about the new features that will be introduced with OS X Yosemite on the Apple website , it will go through the U.S. version of the site since Apple has not yet translated information of its OS office in our language. In addition, it is important to note that Apple has not given the exact release date for the operating system, and all we know is that it will be launched this autumn.

I would not be surprised to see the next version of OS X was launched in September , as Apple is rumored to launch the iPhone 6, the iWatch iOS and 8 September.
