This is where the developer communities come in. A member of the XDA-developers forum named Percy_g2 took the preview version Android 5.0, and took it so you can load the latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop on a Google Nexus 4 , and a few weeks before the new mobile operating system is available to all.

Since this is an unofficial version, it is clear to hear that it is not fully supported by Google, and you might find some bugs. If people who have tried the first alpha version of Percy_g2 met all kinds of problems, the second alpha version seems to be much more stable.

Some users report that the sensors do not work, and some difficulties for mobile connectivity. But if you're the kind of person who likes to flash a ROM on your smartphone, so I hope that you are also the person making backups before!

That is, if this is the case go for! All you have to do is download the preview image of Android 5.0 for Nexus 4 Lollipop from this link , and then follow these steps:

Step 1: Place the downloaded file in the phone's internal memory file
Step 2: Restart the smartphone mode recovery . To do this, wanting to restart the smartphone, press the Volume +, Volume- and the on / off button. Release all buttons when the menu appears. Scroll through the menu with the volume buttons + and -, and select "Recovery Mode".
Step 3: In recovery mode, select "date / factory reset" and confirm the menu
Step 4: Select click Yes on the next screen to confirm
