Lenovo joins the enthusiasm of connected objects. His new Vibe Band VB10 sports a thin E Ink screen, and can track your activity and notifies you when your phone receives notifications.

The rectangular screen E Ink Vibe Band measuring 1.43 inches and should be easy to read even in bright sunlight. When the Vibe Band is in standby mode, the display is "on" with a density of 230 pixels per inch, which lets you see the time and other notices that may appear. The long narrow screen is used to display complete messages up to 150 characters. In many cases, you'll be able to read all SMS on the Vibe Band, without ever having to leave the smartphone in your pocket.
Vibe Band Lenovo will even alert you if you leave your smartphone anywhere, and allows you to switch to silent mode or reject calls when you are busy. In addition to keep you informed of all notifications received on your smartphone, the Lenovo bracelet will be ability to record the number of steps the stairs climbed, calories burned, distance traveled, and your sleep patterns, and thanks to built-in accelerometers. It is also waterproof IPX7 with an index of protection, which means you can dive Vibe Band in one meter of water for 30 minutes without damage.
The battery should last up to a week, and can be easily recharged with a micro-USB charger. So far, the Vibe Band is only compatible with smartphones running Android 4.4 KitKat and later. The device itself features a metal frame and comes with a rubber strap in multiple colors. It weighs about 30 grams and should fit most wrists.
