Firefox 35 now incorporates a video chat and social networking

A new version of Firefox has just been published on the Mozilla site. This version 35 brings no harm novelty, starting with Hello, integrated voice over IP and video chat. It is totally free and does not even require the creation of an account.

Just create a space for discussion ("room") and invite a contact by sharing a link. It's as simple as that. Internet users concerned about their personal data will appreciate. "Before Firefox Hello, make a video call required to give their email address and other personal information, and we had to download software" , says Mozilla in a blog note .

Note that the Hello service does not work only on Firefox, but also on other browsers, provided they support the WebRTC standard. This is the case of Chrome, and Opera. In contrast, the Hello Service - which is still in beta - does not offer text chat or sharing documents.

Mozilla Firefox also introduces Share. This feature allows to group all social networking accounts in one place, accessible directly from the main bar (airplane icon of paper). Thus, the user can share web content across multiple networks simultaneously. Share Firefox currently supports 17 networks including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Google+, Weibo and Xing.
