Galaxy S6: the Exynos 7420 chip will faster than Snapdragon 810?

There is much debate and many rumors about whether Samsung will put a Snapdragon chip 810 or Exynos 7420 chip in the Galaxy S6 .

Traditionally, Samsung uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor for its flagship devices, as do most manufacturers that release their jewels in the West, and Snapdragon 810 is the latest and largest mobile chip Qualcomm. But unfortunately, there are rumors that suggest that the South Korean firm meet overheating problems on the new model, and is even in talks to use one of its own chips instead, the Exynos 7420.

But instead of setting aside the chip from Qualcomm, it could use both, with some areas that could have one, and some others, the other. At present, we have no information on this subject. But the two chips seem to have now been benchmarked, and so we have a point of comparison for them.

War of processors
Softpedia as the spotted , house Exynos 7420 chip has scored in single heart of 1520 points and a score in multicore point of 5478 . It is assumed that the device, which boarded the chip is a prototype of the Galaxy S6, but whatever it is, it has 3 GB of RAM, and the chip was clocked at 1.50 GHz. In other words, this suggests that it is the slowest of the four cores that have been calibrated.

These scores may not mean much without a comparison, but in Geekbench the opponent with the Snapdragon 810, you'll be able to get an idea of which processor is best.

The Snapdragon 810 was embedded in the LG G Flex 2, with 2 GB of RAM and even slower cores were tested, clocking in at 1.55 GHz. The Snapdragon 810 achieved a score in single heart 1292 points and the heart of a multi-point score 3604 , which in both cases is slightly lower than its competitor of the day, the Exynos 7420.

Other differences in smartphones could play a key role in the use, since the scores benchmarks do not always reflect the real-world experiences. Anyway, if you fear that Samsung decided to abandon Qualcomm, maybe you should start to reconsider your position and hope that's the case.
