Microsoft is developing a new web browser in Windows 10 . As expected, it is known under the code name Project Spartan, and it is something completely different from what we were used to have with the suite of Internet Explorer web browsers.
The company says that Spartan has a new user interface , with a much darker theme, a new reporting engine, and offers new ways to interact with the content online.
The browser will be available for smartphones, tablets and laptops or other computers that do not have a touch screen. Members of Windows Insider program should first be the first to be able to try the browser as soon as the next preview version of Windows 10 will be available for PC. But this new browser will also happen in Windows 10 for smartphones.

The browser has a simple user interface, with a smaller toolbar that gives you more space for web content. In fact, Microsoft has put more emphasis on reading with Spartan : the browser has a read mode to read the content on the web. Microsoft has also included a play list in the browser kernel, which allows porting of content across multiple devices.
