Mission accomplished for a funny product. Just days after the start of his Kickstarter campaign, the team that developed the Beam projector has exceeded its target of 200,000 dollars.

The principle of Beam is original: this is a pico projector that screws like a light bulb to any lamp, and then suddenly turns any surface into a screen. Then we can play Candy Crush on her kitchen table, see a movie on the ceiling of a room or browse the web on the living room wall. To control it, we simply use an Android smartphone or iOS.

Another original feature of this product, it allows to define rules through simple combinations of "if" and "then". Thus, one can ask the Beam to launch Netflix soon as you get home, or to display the weather on the wall of the chamber at 7:00 in the morning.

Technically, the Beam fish a little however. Its resolution is rather low (854 × 450) a feeble brightness 100 Lumen and only 8 GB of storage space. It has a dual-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, two speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Crowdfunding campaign ends in late March and the team hopes to deliver the Beam, which still costs $ 349 in October.
