The Redmond giant has released the first version preview of Windows 10 for phones . Thus, a Lumia smartphone owners can now install the preview , and check that the new OS has to offer. Several new features provided by Windows 10 will be available in this version, including the new settings interface, the new center of action, the images in the background on the home screen and better voice dictation.

On a blog post, Gabe Aul Microsoft says the company is looking for feedback from the users.
This version preview is still in development, and you will see some rough edges . Although the preview was not new universal applications, office new applications, the Spartan browser, the integration of Xbox, Skype Messaging or Cortana, you will still have the opportunity to test preview all new OS.
We will hear more about Windows 10 for Microsoft phones at MWC event on March 2nd. The launch to the general public of the operating system is expected this summer.
How to install preview version
For Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phones, you'll need a smartphone Lumia 630, Lumia 635, Lumia 636, Lumia 638, Lumia 730 and Lumia 830
Make sure you back up your data
Go to the insider.windows.com and register the Windows program Insider
Insider Install Windows application on your smartphone to have Windows 10
When you access the Windows Insider application on your smartphone, you will have two options builds : "fast" and "slow". Microsoft states that the version "slow build" happens less often with improvements, so it will be less buggy
This will be followed by a series of long downloads and restart, and you will finally be able to run the Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones
Users are encouraged to be patient because the whole process is time consuming ! Personally, I have finally managed to put my smartphone to date, my video to grip the OS is expected soon.
