According to a publication published by the Wall Street Journal, the giant based in Mountain View will soon begin to show the "buy" button for the desired products on mobile devices.

The source revealed that only the sponsored search results that incorporate buy button in the "Shopping" page on Google . The natural results, that is to say those put together by the Google search algorithm, will be deprived of this feature. Once a customer clicks on the purchase button, he / she will be directed to the product page on Google, where they can choose the color, size and the desired payment.

From research to the sale ...
Like many other commercial websites, the products will be supplied and sold by traders instead of Google . This choice is seen as a profound change in the strategy of Google since the company plunged into a completely different sector. Nevertheless, this will not lead customers to the sites of vendors, but they will be confined to the own shopping page of Google. In the Google program, traders will have access to limited information like e-mail, and delivery address if buyers go after the purchasing process.

The payment information will also remain the property of Google, and they will not be sent to traders. Once Google receives money from the buyer, the US firm will pay the merchant. Users will have a wide range of payment options, as confirmed by the source.

With this new goal, Google will be perceived as a real trader , and its role will be much more than a display of search results. It will now become a real business online transactions with traffic management. This strategic shift from the search giant will oppose the thriving e-commerce giants such as Amazon, eBay and more.

It remains to know when Google will launch this feature. Present a list of search results is one thing, but referrals users through a buying process is quite another.
