Here's why you should not use the Times New Roman font on your resume

We (myself included) often do not pay attention to the fonts used in the documents that we produce. Yet we should perhaps because the font used on a resume example can provide insight into the candidate's personality. 



But what to choose? 

Bloomberg: "fans of typography", this is what they think.

Times New Roman should be banned (as Comic Sans)

And this is because it's ugly, but because it's already much abused. Martina Flor, designer based in Berlin, believes that this suggests that you have not thought about the font you used. "It's like putting sweat pants," she said.

Good fonts

Of course, the best is that you think about yourself in the right font that you think will have the best effect on recruiters. However, the "experts" surveyed by Bloomberg were still given some tips. Helvetica is a good choice, and Proxima Nova and Didot.
