We hear for some months now that the Chinese manufacturer Huawei is on track to build a Nexus smartphone for Google . The latest information that we have about it is that the smartphone in question would be based on a prototype Mate 8.

For those unaware, the Mate 8 would be the future flagship device of the Chinese firm with a 5.7 inch screen. However these are only rumors, and Hate 7 gives you an idea of what awaits us. The successor to the much-discussed Nexus 6 is essentially refine the work Motorola has done on the Moto X.
A difference could be the processor. Indeed, the next Nexus is rumored to use the Snapdragon 810. Nevertheless, Huawei produces its own chip Kirin 930, and include in the Mate 8. There has also been various speculation that LG will produce a small Nexus alongside that of Huawei.

A separate publication of this weekend suggests that Huawei is also working on its own mobile operating system. Nicknamed Kirin, it would provide the company greater flexibility to the mobile OS from Google.
The current Huawei devices running under Android with a custom overcoat called Emotion UI, but Kirin would be something completely new - apparently it would be developing by the company for almost three years.
Shareholders OS manufacturers are hot topics right now, with Samsung pushing Tizen, OnePlus releasing OxygenOS and Cyanogen stating that she wanted to move away from Android. Competing with Google is a challenge, but it seems that many are willing to take on that status.
To date, all this is still speculation, but it seems that software engineers and Huawei equipment are occupied for 2015 - and that Android has yet another competitor to fight.
