Until now, smartphones, tablets and other Xiaomi products are only available in a handful of markets, such as India, Singapore and Indonesia.

But today, Xiaomi has taken a step towards the launch of its products in more mature markets such as the US and Europe . As of Monday, May 18, the company will offer a limited amount of its products on these markets through its online store. But before you pack, do not expect to still see the smartphones, tablets or the Smart TV of the firm on the Mi Store.

Nevertheless, and to attract the attention of consumers on its own products, Xiaomi will perform a series of flash sales through the launch of his shop. It will be very quick if you want to enjoy the various offers.

To date, the products offered are as follows (only English speaking Prices are currently displayed)

  • Mi Power Bank: an external battery 10400 mAh for $ 14
  • Mi Power Bank: an external battery 5000 mAh for $ 10
  • Mi Headphones : a fashion headset $ 80
  • Mi Band : a bracelet connected for 15 dollars

Note that the Xiaomi products will be shipped directly from China. Although the company will attempt to deliver products within 7 days, the shipping costs are not available, and import taxes will be applied in the regions where they are applicable.

Xiaomi announced its intention to sell some products in the world earlier this year. But, why the firm does not launch its smartphones in our territory? Well, the company needs to ensure that its features are compatible with wireless networks in the US and Europe. Then, the firm needs to obtain regulatory approval to sell its devices.
