- Make a backup of your smartphone or tablet using iTunes
- Access the site iOS Developer and register for an account (it will cost € 80 / year)
- Find the link to access the beta of iOS 9 in the main menu
- Download the installation file
- Open iTunes, press the Option key and click "Check for update"
- Select the previously downloaded file and then restore your data from backup
