The answer is yes, according to the most recent publications emanating from China. Apparently supplier AU Optronics has reached an agreement to mass produce 4-inch screens , and internal sources indicate that this is a model that will appear in 2016.

In addition to cover their tracks, the publication of the Economic Daily News said that we might see an iPhone 7 and 7C iPhone. If there is a 4-inch iPhone in the works of the American firm, we can expect it to be named the iPhone 6C .

Unless Tim Cook decided to surprise everyone by giving us a taste of what Apple wants to do with its line of smartphones this year, we will have to wait for an official revelation to see what Apple store for us in 2015.
