Such claims about battery problems began to arise earlier this week, with Matt Gilligan, explaining in a blog post that the Facebook iOS app was originally a frail 15 % for a period of 7 days. Interestingly, in the situation Gilligan, refresh in the background of Facebook has been disabled, but you can see a use for 3.4 hours in the background during these seven days.

Another user on MacRumors also identified that Facebook was responsible for a loss of autonomy of 39% on his iPhone, and the application remained running for more than eight hours in the background, although Again the application is not activated in the background.

A bug to fix emergency
So while it seems that the problem is related to a bug in the app on iOS, Facebook continues to run in the background even with a refresh disabled background. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what is the cause of this bug. However, Facebook claims to be trying to find the cause.

Meanwhile, if you have the same problem on your new iPhone or iPhone 6s 6s Plus, perhaps the solution lies in uninstalling the application. To see the battery usage on iOS, go into Settings, then in "Battery". From there, you will have a ranking of the most demanding applications.
