The Futuroscope, the first amusement park created in France, is a cultural exception in his profession. There are a few weeks, I was invited by the team Futuroscope to discover a new location inside the park: Future Expo. As the name suggests, this place allows to highlight the future through an exhibition based on 10 fun and participatory experiences to understand how technological innovations that will change our habits in the near future.
The program robots, connected objects or 3D printers. These are all items that invest our daily lives, whether at home, at work, at play where.
A unique path
Early in the course of this area of 900 m², a large sensory table allows visitors to test their knowledge in the field of technology, in a fun way, as an interactive quiz. By activating touch color areas, large and small answer questions as varied as: robots with human appearance they scare you? Would you be willing to entrust the care of your children to a virtual butler? Or would you be able to taste a roasted grasshopper? Each question corresponds to one of 10 experiments of exposure and triggers an animation on a projected screen frieze on the opposite wall.
After this ten are experiences that you go proposed:
Experiment No. 1: Socibot, emotional humanoid (a humanoid capable of analyzing the expressions of our face)
Experiment No. 2: Beam, the telepresence robot (robot-guided remote avatar)
Experiment # 3: the holographic Butler (holographic PDA)
Experiment # 4: Smart dressing (virtually try different outfits)
Experiment # 5: customizable deco (deco atmosphere at will)
Experiment # 6: augmented reality race car (invent its own racing circuit)
Experiment # 7: the magic mirror (in the shoes of a hero)
Experiment No. 8: the future of the sandbox (sand and a lot of imagination ...)
Experiment No. 9: the print shop 3D (imagination to manufacture)
Experiment No. 10: the kitchen of the future (tomorrow, taste reinvented)
Note that for this visit, plan a half hour. Finally, to end this very rewarding and surprising visit, you will find a shop, in partnership with LICK, the first network dedicated to shops 2.0 connected devices, smartphones, trendy and innovative accessories, offers multiple objects. What a great way to immerse yourself in the connected world and bring you the latest market innovations.
